Three-property new build nearing completion in St Peter

We're currently in the final stages of the electrical installation at a three-property new build site in St Peter, completed for a private client.

It's been a well-run project from the outset. The first of the three houses has already been fully completed, handed over, and is now occupied by its new owners. The second has also been signed off and sold, with the new owners due to move in shortly. The third and final property is approximately 90% complete, with the remaining electrical works now in their last phase.

Seeing a project like this through from groundworks to occupied homes is always satisfying. New build sites have a momentum of their own – coordinating with other trades, hitting handover deadlines, and making sure every detail is right before keys are handed over takes careful planning and reliable execution at every stage. We're pleased with how this one has come together.
