Full electrical installation – Les Niemes

Here's a look at a recent project at Les Niemes, where we delivered the full electrical installation for the development from first fix through to completion, working closely with the client and design team throughout.

We were involved from the very beginning, coordinating alongside the groundworks team to install the underground ducting before completing the first-fix electrical cabling as the ductwork progressed. Getting this stage right early on meant everything that followed could go in cleanly, with no compromises further down the line.

A new electrical supply was installed to serve the development. We worked closely with Jonathan from Qube to create dedicated space for the data infrastructure and Lutron lighting control equipment, making sure the technical systems had exactly the room and access they needed.

As the project evolved, so did the electrical design. We worked collaboratively with the client and design team to refine the installation as things progressed, making sure the layout and lighting made the best possible use of the space. We installed the lighting fittings supplied by Qube and wired the electrically operated blinds – providing solar protection for the greenhouse while integrating them seamlessly into the wider control system.

Projects like this rarely go exactly to plan from day one, and this one was no exception. Staying flexible to design changes while keeping the quality of the installation consistent throughout was central to how we approached the job, right down to the finer details.

The result is a high-quality, fully integrated electrical installation that supports the home's lighting, data and control systems as one seamless system – finished to a standard that reflects the level of detail throughout the wider project.
