Emergency Lighting

In the event of a power failure, emergency lighting ensures that escape routes remain visible and that people can evacuate safely. For the vast majority of commercial buildings and workplaces, a functioning emergency lighting system is a legal requirement, not a recommendation.

We work with you to design and install a system that meets the specific requirements of your building – taking into account layout, occupancy, and usage. For new builds, we're happy to engage with your design team at the planning stage to ensure the system is properly integrated from the outset.

Once installed, we offer an annual maintenance contract that covers all required testing, including the three-hour drain down test and eleven monthly flash tests. After every visit, our engineers record their findings in your onsite log book and will flag any concerns directly with your team – so nothing gets missed and you're never caught out at inspection.
